Anthony Antoine is a trailblazing Black LGBTQ+ artist, traveler, and advocate whose life is a testament to resilience, exploration, and the power of storytelling. With a passport filled with stamps from 94 countries, 12 territories, all 50 United States, and visits to all 8 Wonders of the World, he inspires others to explore boldly, live authentically, and embrace the world as a source of healing and transformation.
Anthony’s journey started from humble beginnings, but his love for travel deepened after marrying his best friend, Michael, in 2016. Together, they found joy in discovering new places, but when Michael passed away from cancer in 2018, Anthony was left with a promise to keep: "Lean on family and friends and travel the world." What began as a way to survive unimaginable loss soon became a path to thriving, as he honored their dreams while discovering his own.
Nearly six years later, Anthony has traveled the world, sharing his experiences from 30 Georgia parks, all 50 U.S. states, and 94 countries. His music amplifies the voices of marginalized communities, telling stories of resilience, love, and identity. His activism empowers others to break barriers, and his upcoming book details his deeply personal journey of loss, healing, and transformation.
His mission is to inspire working-class people to embrace travel as therapy, showing how exploration can reduce stress, improve mental well-being, and turn dreams into reality. He is also committed to helping others take their first step into global travel by providing first passports, ensuring that more people experience the freedom of a life they don’t need to vacation from.
Through art, advocacy, and storytelling, Anthony Antoine continues to prove that the world is more than a place to visit—it’s a place to truly live, heal, and thrive.
